Kathleen Inocentes provides assistance for the majority of Berbay’s clients, which allows her multi-tasking skills to shine. She is able to quickly switch gears from project to project to focus on clients’ immediate needs, whether getting a timely social media post out or distributing an email alert. Clients describe Kathleen as being extremely efficient, paying great attention to detail and meeting their needs effectively and promptly. She takes time to fully understand their marketing objectives and target markets, and works closely with Berbay’s Account Managers to implement strategic campaigns to raise top of mind awareness.
Kathleen also takes the lead on Berbay’s internal marketing projects, overseeing the monthly newsletter, website enhancements and news postings, social media management and webinars.
Kathleen has a great sense of creativity which she expresses in all of her projects, including crafting pitches and nominations, spearheading website initiatives and designing marketing materials.

Prior to joining Berbay as Assistant Account Manager, Kathleen was a summer 2015 intern.
She graduated with a B.A. in Sociology and a minor in Labor Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Certificate in Business Marketing from Santa Monica College.
