Panelists discussed best practices for administering client surveys in the legal realm, as well as the challenges marketers encounter and how to overcome those obstacles. The program took place at the Standard Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
“In the past few years, there hasn’t been as much ‘buzz’ about surveying clients regarding their satisfaction with law firms,” said Ms. Berman. “It’s great that LMA-LA is resuscitating the subject, so we can all share information about the benefits of client satisfaction surveys, as well as lessons learned.”
