The challenge

A national elder abuse law firm didn’t have the time or resources needed to oversee their online marketing campaign, which was managed by an outside vendor. The law firm was spending thousands of dollars each month on search engine optimization and pay-per-click ads, but not seeing any return on investment.

The work

When Berbay was brought onboard, we took full charge of the campaign to bring it back up to speed. On an ongoing basis, we developed new content including articles, blogs and infographics to keep the site current. A scholarship program was also implemented in order to obtain backlinks from credible universities to increase the firm’s page rank on Google, a site-wide audit was conducted which exposed toxic links on the site and placements were secured in more than 150 local directories.

The result

The firm now has a cohesive online marketing campaign that is closely monitored and modified as needed. Within the first few months of taking over the campaign, we reduced the cost per lead by $260 and generated nearly 100 website leads in a four-month period, which directly led to more business.
