Beth Miller, Account Manager at Berbay Marketing & PR has been named co-chair of the Commercial Real Estate Women-Los Angeles (CREW-LA) 22nd Wine Tasting and Auction, which was held October 23, 2008. Ms. Miller co-chaired the event with Kevin May, Regional Vice President, Business Development at IVI Due Diligence Services, Inc. The Wine Tasting and Auction raised money for the CREW-LA Ziman Center Fellowship Endowment Fund which provides financial support to students studying real estate at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. The endowment fund was created in 2006 with a goal of raising a minimum of $100,000 over 5 years.
“CREW-LA is committed to furthering education by making it accessible to qualified and deserving real estate students,” said Ms. Miller. “The Wine Tasting and Auction is a great vehicle for this because it not only raises money for students, but it also provides them with the opportunity to network with professionals already in the real estate industry.”
In addition to serving as co-chair, Ms. Miller is also on the CREW-LA “Programs” and “Women at the Top” committees. A member of CREW-LA, Berbay Marketing & PR also provides marketing and public relations services to the organization.
