Social networks change all the time. At least once a quarter, take a look at the social networks you and your firm rely on to see if they have initiated any new innovations. If you’re not using your platforms’ newest features, you’re setting yourself up for your competition to better engage your target audience.
In terms of considering new platforms, at the very least, keep on top of what’s out there and be open to trying something new if it sounds like it could push your marketing into overdrive.
