I received a follow-up call from the car salesman who sold me my car three years ago before I moved to California. He was calling to ensure that I was still happy with my car and to ask me how I liked living in California. This surprised me.
Not only that he had called, but he was with the same dealership this many years later. Although I am not in the market to purchase a new car, I appreciated his call and the long-term customer service.
