Ella has played a key role in successful marketing and public relations initiatives from planning through execution, including:
- Contributing to PR campaigns by drafting press releases, media alerts and pitches, and conducting targeted outreach to national, regional and trade reporters to drive earned coverage across print, broadcast and digital outlets.
- Assisting with litigation and crisis communications by preparing media materials, monitoring coverage in real time and compiling detailed reporting for clients.
- Crafting and implementing digital campaigns to amplify client visibility through social platforms and other online channels.
- Identifying and recommending speaking opportunities aligned with client business development objectives.
Background
Prior to joining Berbay, Ella worked on public affairs, high-profile litigation and nonprofit campaigns for some of Seattle’s biggest names. She obtained her degree in Communications Media with minors in Journalism and Public Relations from Western Washington University, where she wrote for three award-winning student publications and covered policy reform for her county newspaper.
