Cindi: As the office manager at Berbay for several years now, I pride myself in being a very trusted employee. Being a mom myself, our team looks to me for mom-like guidance and suggestions. Whether it’s bookkeeping, invoicing, banking, electronic filing or keeping our database up to date, I make sure the office runs smoothly. Our database is an essential marketing tool and with more than 8,000 contacts in our system, it’s my responsibility to keep the information current so we can practice what we preach, consistently communicating with our markets. In addition, I regularly assist the account managers with client projects. On top of that, I make sure everyone has what is needed to get the job done, office supplies, postage, Fedex and more.
